BLEFAROPLASTY
The tissues of the eyelids begin to change and deteriorate over time, even the skin around the eye can collapse and affect the field of vision, causing discomfort both in vision and aesthetic appearance of the eyelid.
At other times the lower eyelid can be affected due to the appearance and accumulation of orbital fat, typical of the passage of years, that moves towards the lower front of the eye, producing what are commonly called "bags" in the lower eyelids.
In both cases there is a procedure for rejuvenation or lifting of the eyelid called blepharoplasty (upper or lower), which aims to aesthetically improve the membranes that protect the eye and while increasing the functionality of the eyelids.
